What should be one of the #TOP questions to be asked while purchasing #ResidentialEstate in #India ?

#Apartment #Density per acre.

As the #population increases, as the land cost goes up, #builders are left with only option of cramming the apartments as much as possible.

While 30-60 units per acre is best number, anything over 100 is #horrible.

If the apartment is #HighRise, anything above 150 is going to be nightmarish.

More units means more residents, means more people using the facilities.
