When I talk about upcoming areas around big cities, investors always question the pricing.

Be it Mumbai 3.0 or Hoskote near Bengaluru, investor are keen to understand the infrastructure and development prospect of the area.

I don't have the answers always, neither the government websites like MIDC or KIADB reflect the true picture. Sometimes there is no data about land notifications for industries in the upcoming area.

How do I help the investors ?

Some builders act as guiding force. They have deep insights or vision into how upcoming area will look in the next 15-20 years. The better and accurate the vision, the bigger the game that can be played, right from land acquisition to project planning.

Recently, Sobha announced project based out of Hoskote and created the interest.

To some, these prices look steep, but some builders just set the rules of the game.
