Inward facing premium apartment, Myth or reality ?

When buying a property in a remote area, certain factors are often missed.


Consider an apartment facing an inward clubhouse and surrounded by other structures. Would the owner actually have a view of the clubhouse facade?


There are numerous similar issues, such as:

  1. Lakeview apartments plagued by mosquitoes, with added fumigation costs and efforts included in maintenance fees.

  2. Apartments overlooking a crematorium, near a Tower of Silence, or close to sewer channels.


The list of such problems is extensive, and unfortunately, many of these flaws only become apparent after moving in.
